- You may download all MIDI and image files for your personal use.
- You may download single MIDI and image files for your own homepage. This is not to be undestood as
a permission by the copyright holder of the files. In some cases it will be wise to contact them beforehand.
IMPORTANT: Store the files on your own web space!!!
- You may place links to single MIDI and image files on this domain if you provide another link to
the main page http://www.vic-fontaine.com/ which should be at least as accessible as the link to the MIDI or image
file. It may NOT make the impression as if you provide the MIDI or image files.
- You may NOT embed MIDI or image file from this domain on your own homepage (hotlinking, bandwidth
stealing). This includes forums, profiles, guest books, auctions etc. If you do so anyway, you will receive a
warning by email, afterwards your admin-C and/or provider will receive a warning by email, and be asked to remove
your account. If you still won't comply, I'll exchange the image or MIDI against something you'll absolutely wouldn't
want to see or hear on your site!
- An exception for the above paragraph are all image files in the directory
http://www.vic-fontaine.com/banners/ on which hotlinking is allowed.
- These terms are valid for every visitor of this domain, no matter whether they have read them
or not. They may change any time without notice.
